Currently, Alila is embarking on its next generation of high end luxury resorts, Alila Villas, in the Maldives, south Bali, China, Thailand, Vietnam and Oman.

Designed to fully respect the natural environment, the villa resorts are selectively developed to grace some of the most spectacular destinations in exciting resort locations.
Our mission is to deliver complete experiences, offering a healthy, enriching and rewarding lifestyle for our guests at Alila. Alila is looking for key f+b staff, especially energetic, passionate, innovative, experienced young Chefs eager to take on an Executive role in upcoming properties.
Chefs need demonstrably to be multi—skilled, adaptable, resourceful, proactive individuals with a strong proprietory, who find fun in their tasks are attentive to details, anticipative and warm, able to communicate with guests, at ease in foreign cultures, and eager to build an outstanding reputation for Alila f+b excellence and enhance their own career.
Experience in hotel operations is an asset. A background in leading restaurants is a distinct advantage. A curiosity about and skill in many cuisines is key. Technical proficiency and imagination are a given. Motivation and energy are a must.
